Patient Centered Medical Home Collaborative Learning Session V: Data-driven Decision Making March 15, 2012 Hilton Garden Inn, Auburn, ME With a focus on data-driven decision making, the session will include a snapshot of where health centers, the PCA and the State of Maine are with respect to health information technology and the drive for quality improvement. After the landscape has been painted, participants will place a spotlight on the necessary steps to move their health centers forward with bridging HIT and quality improvement for the ultimate goal of informed decision-making for every patient.

MPCA’s 2012 Annual Conference October 24 & 25, 2012 Bar Harbor Club, Bar Harbor, ME This year's conference, "Health Reform Ready: Community Health Centers as Assets, Allies & Innovators” speaks to the evolving role of health care safety net sites as cornerstones in their communities and addresses efforts underway to reshape the access to and delivery of care.
Our 2012 event will bring together a diverse speaker panel with expertise in the emerging health care landscape resulting from the implementation of the Affordable Care Act (ACA).
We look forward to carrying on our tradition of launching the event with ½ day workshops, to be followed by a social reception recognizing the recipients of our annual Clinical Excellence awards. On Thursday, October 25th, we will host a day of sessions dedicated to this year’s theme.
This year’s workshops - scheduled to take place on Wednesday, October 24th - will include:
