Community health centers represent an affordable option to high quality health care. With discounts in place (referred to as sliding fee scales) which account for a family’s size and income, health centers make sure that anyone who visits a health center will have access to health care services.
Health centers offer an array of services to address local health care needs. It is for this reason that services may vary among health centers and health center sites. However, for those services not offered onsite, health center staff are well equipped to assist you with identifying contacts, arranging referrals and following up to ensure you receive the care you need at the time you need it.
